The GoPhysio philosophy is built around empowering people to move while they heal. To support this, we provide real-world treatment plans that gives people the tools to develop and restore their bodies, while safely continuing to live their lives. Continued movement is a powerful way to help speed up recovery, as well as helping people to take ownership of their journey back to full health or enhancing performance.
People recover better when they’re given treatment plans they feel safe to use between appointments and that fit into their everyday lives. Our simple, education-based approach keeps clients moving and doing what’s important to them with support from our highly-skilled and professional team.
GoPhysio combines the latest in technology and treatment with holistic health, innovative ideas and support networks with other health professionals to provide effective and realistic treatment.
Taking a sustainable, big-picture approach and pushing the boundaries by constantly growing and developing as individuals and as a team is at the core of what we do.
Life’s too short to stop moving and doing what you love. GoPhysio, go life!

Cash for Clubs
The Cash for Clubs scheme aims to support some of our local clubs and societies that provide a fantastic service to their members and often the community as a whole, yet find fundraising difficult.
As well as offering discounted treatment rates to club members, we also donate $10 to the club for every new injury we see in clinic.
To register your Club, download the Cash for Clubs application form.
